This is a one-hour energy healing session in a private studio in Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado (also offered remotely). I offer a hands-off approach to witness, explore and shift energy using subtle energy techniques. I also use a Celtic harp to balance and realign energy and allow healing to be more durable as you integrate it into your physical body and experience.

Nature
This is a one-and-a-half-hour energy healing session immersed in nature that includes a short relaxing walk to and from an aspen meadow or other open space (weather dependent). I offer a hands-off approach to witness, explore and shift energy using subtle energy techniques. I also use a Celtic harp to balance and realign energy and allow healing to be more durable.

What a healing session looks like…
Intention
We begin our time together by setting an intention for our session. We see if anything is calling to come to the surface and be explored. From there, I will deepen that intention and work with your guides to gain clarity and a connection to your energy system.
Connection
As we connect with your spirit guides, I will receive information about any blocks you may be experiencing and support you are needing. I will pass along the guidance I receive and together, we can get to the root of your intention and begin the healing.
Balance
I will share any takeaways and insights for you to sit with after the session and pass along any last messages from your guides. To close, I will play the harp to help protect your energy system and bring you back to center. We can then chat about future steps and any other questions or thoughts that may come up for you!
